PDFs, Word Documents, and Excel spreadsheets are great ways to show information on your site and in general. Normally there are no ways to embed these easily with the base WordPress tools. In this video, we will show you how to embed a pdf spreadsheet and others in WordPress blog posts.

Summary of this Tutorial:
Start by installing and activating the Google Doc Embedder plugin.
Then go to Settings GDE settings to configure.
You can edit the settings for how the document is shown.
Now you can upload a pdf in the media library and copy the link where it's uploaded
Next create or edit a post and click the new Google Doc Embedder button and add the url of the file in the new area.
The height or width can be updated and you can choose to share a download link and then you can insert it into your post.
