How to Install and Setup W3 Total Cache for Beginners

There are a few ways to improve load speed one of which being caching. We use W3 Total Cache to handle our caching needs. In this video, we will show you how to set up W3 Total Cache for beginners.

Summary of this Tutorial:

Start by uninstalling any other caching plugins you may have and then install W3 Total Cache.

With the plugin installed and activated you will want to go to Performance, General Settings to start editing how it will cache.

Under Page Cache we will want to enable it and have it set to 'Disk:Enhanced' and for browser cache we want to ensure it is enabled.

Now under Performance, Browser Cache ensure that almost everything is enabled except for 404 caching.

Under CDN select your CDN of choice, we recommend MaxCDN.
