Start by installing and activating the WP ShowHide plugin.
The plugin mainly uses shortcode to show and hide the text.
To hide the text in a post simply use the following shortcode:
[showhide type="post"]Text you want to hide[/showhide]
Changing the more and less links would require modifying the opening shortcode to the following:
[showhide type="post" more_text="Show more…" less_text="Show less…"]
You can even modify the look for individual posts. The following is the default parameters for the shortcode.
[showhide type="pressrelease" more_text="Show Press Release (%s More Words)" less_text="Hide Press Release (%s Less Words)" hidden="yes"]
