Fot this tutorial we are using gmail, to use a different account you will need to know their smtp settings.
Start by installing and activating the WP Mail SMTP plugin
Then go to Settings, Email to configure the plugin.
Add the from email, from name, and send all emails via smtp.
Set the return path to match the from email.
Fill in smtp information, if using gmail use:
Host: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 587
Encryption: Use TLS encryption
Authentication: Yes use SMTP authentication
And save changes.
