Summary of this tutorial:
For this tutorial we will be using the WordPress plugin WPForms:
https://wpforms.com
With the plugin installed and active you will visit WPForms, Settings page to enter the license key.
Next under WPForms, Addons you will want to click install on the User Registration Addon.
With the addon installed and activated you will go under WPForms, Add new to create the new form, name it and select User Registration.
It will automatically add the fields required and connect them to what is required for signing up a new user.
Now you would go under the page where you want the registration form or add a new page to add the form to.
Once you click the Add form button and select the registration form it will be added to your page for you to publish.
