Start by downloading the XML file for theme unit test data.

Then go to Tools, Import in yourlocalhost enviroment and click WordPress.

Install and activate the Importer pluginwhich will direct you ro the importer asking you to choose a WXR file.

Upload the file from earlier and select the authors you want to import and download attachments.

This file should include any data you need to test your WordPress.
