Summary of this tutorial:
Start by going to the post or page where you want to change the author's name.
On the post edit screen, you need to click on the Screen Options menu at the top right of the screen.
Ensure the Author box is clicked and you will now have an edit area for selecting who is the author of that specific post.
The other option is to bulk edit the author in the all posts screen.
Start by either checking the specific posts or bulk select all using the check at the top of the all posts screen.
Change the bulk action dropdown to edit and click apply.
The bulk editor will now appear and you will be able to choose the author on the right hand side and click update.
Once that is complete your selected posts will now be set to the author you chose.
